Trevor Swanton
Biography
Prior to joining Emerald Pine Capital, Trevor was Investment Director at Marlet Property Group, Ireland’s largest privately owned real estate developer, having joined the business in 2015. During his time at Marlet, he was involved in over €1.5 billion of transactions across the UK and Ireland, comprising office, logistics, retail, student housing, build-to-rent, and build-to-sell assets. Trevor is a Chartered Accountant, having trained with PwC Dublin, where he began his career in 2008. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin.

Emerald Pine Capital is an independent real estate investment company co-founded by Fabrizio Grena and Alessandro Ferrante, who worked together for several years at Goldman Sachs, specialising in real estate direct investments, operating platforms, special situations and loan portfolios. Together, Fabrizio and Alessandro have successfully closed over 40 equity and credit deals, deploying over €10bn of capital throughout their three decades of combined investment experience.
