Tobias Waldschmidt
Biography
Tobias Waldschmidt is portfolio manager of PGIM Real Estate’s Pan-European core-plus funds and separate accounts. Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate in 2013,Tobias worked at Strategic Value Partners where he was a director Real Estate Finance His responsibility included portfolio management, valuation, controlling, and finance for the real estate equity and debt portfolio. Prior to this, Tobias was an analyst at Standard Life with a focus on controlling profitability and business analysis. Tobias studied at the European School of Business in Reutlingen, Northeastern University Boston, and DHBW Mannheim. He holds a master’s degree in International Management and a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
