Tim Vallance is an Executive Director, International Capital Markets at JLL - UK, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in UK and European retail and leisure real estate. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail and leisure investment properties, having successfully transacted over £7 billion in assets throughout his distinguished career. Tim serves on key boards including the UK Senior Management team and the UK Capital Markets Board. He is recognized for his contributions to thought leadership and for overseeing significant deals and portfolio investment transactions.
