Tim Struth

Tim Struth is the Co-founder and CEO of QuoinStone Investment Management, a UK-focused, value-add real estate investor and asset manager. He leads the company's management, operations, and business strategy, bringing an entrepreneurial approach and institutional background to create and enhance value in real estate. With a diverse career spanning over two decades, Tim's expertise includes extensive experience in real estate development, investment, and asset management. Before co-founding QuoinStone in 2017, he established SB2Property, a private property investment and development business, managing transactions worth over £275 million. His earlier roles include serving as an Associate Director at Savills, where he advised on large-scale regeneration projects, and a Graduate Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker. Tim holds a BSc in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and is MRICS certified.
