Tim Barlow

Tim Barlow is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Squarestone, a multi-sector real estate investment and development management business established in 2001. With over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, he focuses on fund structuring, real estate transactions, compliance, and project delivery. Barlow has been instrumental in creating successful investment platforms, including the F15 Partnership, Squarestone Central London LP, Squarestone Atlantic Regeneration, Squarestone Brasil, and HUB. He co-founded Squarestone with Robert Sloss, fostering a collaborative approach to identifying and delivering real estate opportunities. Notably, Squarestone incubated HUB Residential, which is now a standalone entity delivering over 2,000 mid-market homes across Greater London.
