Thierry Locatelli serves as the Deputy Head of Investments at AEW, a prominent global real estate asset manager. In this role, he is responsible for optimizing asset management and overseeing the full lifecycle of investments, encompassing acquisition, operational management, and sales. He leads a multidisciplinary team and contributes significantly to AEW's management of €44 billion in real estate assets across Europe. His expertise covers diverse property types, including offices, residential, retail, and logistics.
