Stein Chr. Knutsen serves as the President of the Board at Firmus Group, a prominent property developer and investor based in Poland. He began his strategic involvement in the Polish coastal real estate market in 2000, recognizing the significant potential of beachfront properties in areas like Mielno and Koszalin. Under his leadership, Firmus Group has acquired over 200 hectares of land and successfully completed 15 investments, including the development of approximately 600 apartments. The company operates across the entire development cycle, specializing in creating premier homes in desirable locations along the Polish coast.
