Biography

Steffan Goold is a Director | Board Member, Real Estate Debt & Equity at Beaufort Capital, having joined in 2018. A respected figure in property finance, he has completed over £500m in development and investment transactions, overseeing origination, underwriting, and portfolio management. His expertise includes the origination, structuring, and execution of a wide variety of development transactions. Prior to Beaufort, he held senior positions at CapitalRise, Pluto Finance, and BLME. Steffan is also the President of the Association of Property Lenders and holds a BSc in Mathematics & Physics from the University of Bath.
