Stefanie Pfister
Biography
Stefanie is currently responsible for the portfoliomanagement of the BVK real estate protfolio, covering both, the fund investments and the on-balance-sheet assets of BVK, AuM (GAV) totalling more than EUR 40bn. In addition, since July 2024 she took over the deputy role of BVK’s real estate management platform. Stefanie took over the Portfolio team after having headed the Asset Management for BVKs on-balance sheet investments from 2021 to 2024. Previous assignments prior to joining BVK, include the Europe-wide corporate real estate management with the global IT company Fujitsu, and Asset Management and Portfolio Management roles at Goldman Sachs as well as valuable expertise in architectural planning of large, highly complex buildings In an architectural firm.
