Biography
Sonja Wertitsch is a Managing Director at STRABAG Real Estate, where she leads Real Estate Development activities for the CEE and SEE regions. Since 2017, she has overseen the successful and sustainable development of commercial, residential, and hospitality assets in key capitals. Prior to this, Ms. Wertitsch gained 11 years of experience as a local responsible commercial manager within the STRABAG Group in Sweden and Serbia, encompassing real estate development. She holds a master's degree in architecture from Technical University Vienna and a master's degree in economics from the University of Applied Science Vienna, providing a robust academic background to her extensive industry expertise.
