Biography
Simon Wigzell is a Director at Laborda Estates Limited, a role he has held since the company's incorporation in December 2006. Throughout his career, Simon has held significant positions, including Head of Group Property at FTSE 250 CLS Holdings Plc, where he oversaw substantial development activity, including the Vauxhall Square project, and contributed to the company's growth from £1 billion to £2.3 billion. His background also includes roles as Managing Director at Warner Estate Holdings Plc and senior development positions at BAA Plc.
