Biography
Simon Johnston is a highly regarded Partner in the Finance Group at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP in London. Specialising in banking, finance, and real estate finance, he advises both borrowers and financial institutions on a diverse range of development, project, and investment property transactions, including restructurings. With over two decades at the firm, Simon is recognised as a "Ranked Lawyer" by Chambers and Partners, a "Leading Individual" and "Hall of Fame" member by Legal 500, and a "Super Lawyer" by Thomson Reuters. He holds a Jurisprudence BA Hons from Exeter College, Oxford, and is a member of the Loan Market Association Real Estate Finance Committee.
