Biography

Experienced investment advisor and asset manager. More than 20 years’ experience in real estate. Worked for industry-leading global real estate company Colliers International as Head of Valuation and Advisory services at Kyiv office for 8 years. Was the Head of asset management of one of the biggest real estate portfolio in Ukraine included 1,500 properties as of 1.2 million sq.m. Skilled in investment analysis, financial modelling and real estate market research. Holds Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from Kyiv National University of construction and architecture.
