Selina Dicker
Biography
Selina has spent over 16 years in the CRE Finance sector. She started her career at Rothschilds and then moved to Capmark Bank, where she provided Senior Debt to CRE investors in the UK & Germany, and set up the continental Europe JV equity platform for Capmark investing in German real estate. She then moved to Dublin to work for NAMA, where she ran the corporate finance team, overseeing NPL restructurings, NPL sales and managed syndicated loan positions. Prior to Lloyds she managed set up and investment of the Europa Capital Mezzanine debt fund focused on UK CRE. She has now spent over 2 years at Lloyds providing senior financing solutions for Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth, Pension & Hedge Funds, investing in the UK CRE market.
