Sebastian Kieć
Biography
Sebastian Kieć is the CEO of AFI Europe Poland, leading the company's strategic initiatives and portfolio expansion with nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. He joined AFI in 2007 as Chief Financial Officer before advancing to his current role. Under his leadership, AFI Europe Poland is set to deliver over 2,200 PRS units by the end of 2025 and manages prominent office and mixed-use projects, including Towarowa22 and V.Offices. Mr. Kieć has overseen the development of more than 3,000 apartments and various commercial projects. Prior to AFI, he held managerial positions at BSR Europe, PwC, and Coca-Cola. He is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics and a Certified Accountant (CPA), accredited by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
