Sandra Simoni

Partner at Fortebis, she is responsible for the company's global development after more than fifteen years of experience as Country Manager and, previously, Project and Construction Manager in the luxury retail and hotel hospitality sectors. She has been involved in project development and site management for clients such as Armani, Nike, Longchamp, Barclays, Nike, Golden Goose and Marriott, Sheraton and Hyatt hotels, applying management and control methodologies based on international standards: design, detailed specifications, work schedules and budget control with constantly monitored change orders. She is responsible for defining procedures and monitoring project activities at various stages, coordinating constantly with the client. She has supervised several luxury brand openings in Europe and India.
