Rupert Sheldon
Biography
Rupert Sheldon is the Head of Core REIM, UK at Fiera Real Estate - UK, a position he has held since taking responsibility for developing and launching new real estate products in the UK. He joined Fiera Real Estate in 2005, where he previously launched and successfully grew the firm's core real estate capabilities. Sheldon also has oversight of the transaction team, ensuring investment requirements are met and expanding the firm's acquisition reach. Prior to Fiera Real Estate, Rupert was a Director at Henderson Global Investors (now Nuveen), where he managed the £250 million Henderson UK Property Fund and co-managed UK property funds for institutional investors. He qualified as a chartered surveyor at Gooch & Wagstaff (now Colliers CRE). He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Investment Committee.
