Rüdiger von Stengel is an Executive Partner & Co-Founder of Art-Invest Real Estate Management GmbH & CO. KG, a prominent German real estate investment and project development firm. Co-founding the company in 2010, he played a pivotal role in its growth to become a leading commercial real estate developer. With over 25 years of industry expertise, Dr. von Stengel previously served seven years as Managing Director at IVG Immobilien AG, where he built its fund business. His career commenced with a decade as a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. He holds degrees in economics and a Dr. rer. pol.
