Biography
With numerous international and multidisciplinary experiences behind him, Roberto Reale is first at InvestiRE and then, since 2019, at Redo as Head of Investments and Strategies. He deals with the management of urban regeneration investments, business development, the evaluation of new business opportunities and the management of the portfolio developed over the years by the funds managed by Redo.

Founded in 2019, Redo develops and manages ethical real estate investments creating shared value through the promotion of affordable housing and urban regeneration projects that respect the environment and strengthen communities. It has designed, built, and is now managing 40 assets in Lombardy (687m€ AuM). Is winner of 3 Reinventing Cities competitions in Milan: L'INNESTO (Greco Breda station, 6 ha), GREEN BETWEEN (Crescenzago parking area, 1.5 ha) and ARIA (ex-municipal slaughterhouse, 15 ha).
