Roberto Piterà

Roberto Piterà is Country Director Italy at GLP Europe. He oversees all the business of GLP in Italy, including acquisitions, development and asset management. Roberto has 23 years of experience in Logistics Real Estate and under his leadership GLP started its business in Italy in 2019, with the ambition to become a leading player of this market. Previously he was Head of Logistics team at CBRE, responsible for a team of 9 professionals on Logistics TRep, leasing and investment activities; with the opportunity to work very closely to AMZ and other big Clients. He also acted with the same role at JLL for 14 years. During his career he has transacted the main letting and investment deals of the institutional Logistics Real Estate Market.

Roberto Piterà è Country Director di GLP in Italia. Con un'esperienza ventennale nel settore immobiliare industriale e logistico, ha guidato il ritorno di GLP (ex Gazeley) sul mercato italiano nel giugno 2019. In precedenza, è stato responsabile del dipartimento Industrial & Logistics di CBRE, avendo maturato significative esperienze anche presso Pirelli RE e JLL. Piterà è fondamentale per l'espansione di GLP in Italia, focalizzandosi sull'acquisizione di terreni strategici e lo sviluppo di infrastrutture logistiche di alta qualità e sostenibili, contribuendo alla crescita del settore nel Paese.
