Robert Balick
Biography
Robert Balick is a Managing Partner with BauMont Real Estate Capital and is the Chairman of the firm’s Investment Committee. He is responsible for management, strategy and the capital formation at BauMont. His roles also include the sourcing of investments and challenging investment assumptions from the early stages of underwriting. Prior to co-founding BauMont, Mr. Balick was a senior managing director for CarVal Investors based in London where he led the firm’s real estate investment activities in Europe.
