Rick de Blaby is the CEO of Get Living, the UK's leading investor, developer, and operating platform of Build to Rent residential homes. Appointed CEO in 2019, he previously served as Executive Vice Chairman, having joined Get Living in 2017. With over 40 years of experience in real estate development and investment, Rick has been instrumental in Get Living's significant growth, expanding its portfolio to 6,000 operational homes with a pipeline for over 6,000 more across major UK cities. His expertise encompasses urban regeneration, placemaking, and building platforms that deliver sustainable investor performance in both residential and commercial property. Prior to Get Living, he held CEO positions at United House Group and MEPC Limited. Rick de Blaby is set to step down in 2026, ensuring a smooth transition as Get Living continues its evolution.
