Richard Malle
Biography
Richard Malle is the Chief Research and Innovation Officer and Deputy Head of Business Services at BNP Paribas Real Estate in France. He joined the company in 2007 and has been pivotal in coordinating and developing international market analyses to inform client real estate decisions. Malle became Global Head of Research in 2017 and assumed his Chief Research & Innovation Officer role in 2020, overseeing research and innovation across Europe. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Paris Dauphine University and is an associate university professor at CNAM, where he teaches real estate economics. He is also a member of the RICS.
