Richard Hughes serves as the Head of Asset Management at Aprirose Real Estate Investment, where he leads the asset management team, overseeing the current portfolio, development, and new acquisitions across diverse real estate sectors. He brings over 35 years of extensive experience in all facets of real estate. Prior to joining Aprirose, Richard held significant roles at Edinburgh House, Blackstone, and McArthur Glen. His past responsibilities included managing over £100 million in investment deals and £300 million in development schemes. Richard's expertise is central to Aprirose's investment and asset management strategies.
