Biography
Richard Croft is the Chief Executive of Martley Capital Group, a full-service real estate investment management platform whose activities cover real estate investing, asset management, fund management and lending. Prior to Martley, Richard co-founded M7 Real Estate which was sold to Oxford Properties in 2021. At the time of the sale, M7 employed over 220 people across 13 countries, with €4.3bn of assets under management. Prior to M7, Richard founded Halverton REIM (subsequently GPT Halverton), a European real estate fund management business which was sold to The GPT Group in July 2007. At the time of the sale, the company managed over €2bn of assets. Before Halverton, Richard was International Investment Director of The IO Group Ltd, Property Fund Management PLC (now Cromwell). He has been involved in over €15bn of transactions over his 30 years of real estate experience.
