Richard Craddock

Richard Craddock is a Vice President within the Wells Fargo UK Commercial Real Estate team. He focuses on the origination of real estate debt transactions across the UK on a broad spectrum of asset classes and products. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Richard worked at Eurohypo in both the UK and Japan covering origination and restructuring of distressed loans. Richard sits on the Board of the UK Association of Property Lenders and holds an MPhil from The Judge Business School, Cambridge
