Richard Bains is the Managing Director at Chancerygate, a leading UK property developer, investor, and asset manager specializing in urban logistics and industrial warehousing. With over 30 years of experience in the UK property sector, Richard plays a key role in formulating and implementing company strategy. Prior to joining Chancerygate, he was Head of the UK business at Rockspring (now Patrizia), overseeing UK-focused value-add funds. He is a graduate of Reading University and has a strong track record in capital raising, acquisitions, debt structuring, and asset and fund management.
