Raul Blasco

Raúl Blasco holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Finance Management from Pompeu Fabra University. Raúl worked as a senior auditor in Ernst & Young for four years, when he passed CFA Level I. He joined Urban Input in 2018 and has been involved in real estate acquisitions and asset management in office and residential projects, currently being focused in the Build to Rent sector. Bialto is a platform dedicated to the acquisition, development, and management of residential rental properties. It is currently one of the leading residential rental platforms in Spain, managing a portfolio of 3,645 newly built homes, including both market-rate and regulated-price units, located in Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia, as well as their respective metropolitan areas.

Raúl Blasco está graduado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas y tiene un Máster en Gestión Financiera por la Universidad Pompeu Fabra. Trabajó como auditor senior en Ernst & Young durante cuatro años, cuando superó el CFA I. Se unió a Urban Input en 2018 y ha participado en la adquisición y gestión de activos inmobiliarios de oficinas y residenciales. Actualmente se centra en el sector Build to Rent. También es un miembro activo ULI Young Leaders.
