Rajeev Malde
Biography
Rajeev is a Principal at Crossroads Real Estate. Rajeev joined Crossroads in January 2019 from Kildare Partners where he was a Senior Associate in the Origination and Underwriting team. He joined Kildare Partners in 2016 and was involved in a variety of transactions including direct real estate investments, take private opportunities and NPLs across Europe and the real estate asset class spectrum. Prior to this, Rajeev was at CBRE in the UK Capital Markets team. His career began in 2013 at J.P. Morgan in Sales & Trading as a Euro Swaps Rates Trader.
