Rafal Benecki
Biography
Rafał Benecki is a graduate of Queen Mary College at the University of London and a scholarship holder of the British government under the Joseph Conrad program. He has been working as a banking economist and financial market strategist since January 2000. Since April 2012, he has been the Chief Economist and Director of the Macroeconomic Analyzes Office. Together with his team, he deals with macro forecasts, building strategies for currency and interest rate markets, and also conducts research in the field of sustainable development and energy transformation. Rafał Benecki is the winner of awards in forecast competitions organized by NBP and Rzeczpospolita, Parkiet, Gazeta Bankowa, Puls Biznesu and Bloomberg.
