Rafael Torres Villalba

Rafael Torres Villalba is a Senior Portfolio Manager Private Real Estate Europe at APG Asset Management, with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, covering both Asian and European markets. Having been with APG's real estate group for more than 20 years, he previously headed the Europe Listed real estate team until 2020 and has been actively involved in private real estate investments since 2009. His focus includes European residential and retail investments, notably in the Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector, where he holds several board positions. Mr. Torres Villalba is Chairman of the Spanish PRS Socimi Vivenio and a board member of London-based residential landlord and operator Get Living. He holds an MSc in Economics from Maastricht University and is a CFA charterholder.
