Biography
Rafael Aviles has over 30 years experience in real estate, including investment and development of commercial and residential property. Mr. Aviles studied Naval Architecture and Engineering at Madrid University and has a degree from IE in Madrid. Since 2010 he was linked to Area Property Partners and ARES Management in different forms as MD, Senior Advisor and Partner until 2019. He had been previously Director and then MD for Grosvenor Spain and a Director of Grosvenor Continental Europe from 2002 to 2010. Before Grosvenor, he had been investment partner at JLL and MD at Procisa and Hammerson Spain during the 90’s.
