Biography

Professor Dr. Nico B. Rottke is a distinguished German entrepreneur and real estate economist. Since January 2024, he has served as Chairman of the Board at RQI Immobilien AG. He previously co-founded aamundo Holding AG in 2017, which evolved into aam2core Holding AG and aam2cred Debt Investments GmbH, where he was a managing director until December 2023, significantly contributing to real estate debt investments and asset management. An esteemed academic, Professor Rottke holds a Dr. rer. pol. and habilitation, and founded the EBS Real Estate Management Institute. He is recognized for his expertise in real estate investment and finance and was a recipient of the German ULI Leadership Award.
