Conceptualised and established this Boutique CoLiving community, targeting young professionals aged 25-35. Leveraged expertise in real estate, construction, and project management to oversee the entire development process. Acquiring and orchestrating the complete refurbishment (back to brick) and ultimately marketing of 5 new community houses. Whilst presiding over three additional properties. ● Created a vibrant community and built a brand that is recognised for its quality and innovation. ● Originated and launched a widely respected CoLiving Brand which is positioned as one of the best in London.
