Dr Piotr Goździewicz, MRICS, with 25 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and finance transactions and a track record with institutional funds, private equity firms, investment banks and international REITs across all major real estate asset classes in Poland and other CEE countries, brings extensive expertise in Central and Eastern European property markets. Previously held positions as Head of Transactions / Head of Investment Management / Director-level at Cromwell / Stoneweg Property Group, BNP Paribas Real Estate, ING and Citigroup. Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, holding a PhD Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Finance and Banking. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) based in London.
