Pierre-David Baylac
Biography
Pierre-David Baylac is the Head of Logistics Europe at Generali Real Estate, appointed in April 2021. With over 27 years of experience in European logistics investment management, he is pivotal in expanding Generali Real Estate's logistics portfolio across Europe, driving origination and transactions. Prior to this role, Baylac spent a decade at CBRE Global Investors as Head of Logistics Europe and Fund Manager for four logistics funds, overseeing a European portfolio exceeding €1.6 billion across nine countries. His extensive background also includes roles as Country Manager France at Goodman and Fund Manager at AEW. Baylac holds master's degrees in Property Law, Property and Construction Management, and Law and Property Appraisal, and is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
