Biography
Philippe Joland is Senior Managing Director, Regional Director – France, Southern Europe at Tishman Speyer, which he joined in 2004. He leads the company's business across France and Southern Europe, overseeing acquisitions, development, and asset management. His responsibilities also include developing customer relationships, enhancing market presence, and driving expansion into new markets like Madrid and Lisbon. Joland has been instrumental in securing significant leases in Paris and notable acquisitions such as Carré Saint-Germain and Tour Cristal. Previously, he served as Commercial Director at Société Foncière Lyonnaise and held a position at CBRE-Bourdais. He is a graduate of ESG Business School.
