Philippe Bidaud

Philippe Bidaud is a Managing Partner and Senior Managing Director at MARK, overseeing the management platform operations and serving on all Investment Committees. Based in Paris, France, his extensive finance and real estate expertise spans corporate finance, acquisitions, and asset management across Europe. Previously, he was M&A Director at HSBC and held key roles at Klepierre and Unibail Rodamco. He is an alumnus of ESTP Civil Engineering School and ESSEC Business School.
