Philip Wood
Biography
Philip Wood is the International Transactions & Asset Management Director at Indotek Group, having joined in October 2024. He leads the group's international expansion and asset management across 12 European countries, focusing on Central, Southern, and Western Europe. With over 25 years of experience in real estate investment, Wood previously served as Head of European Transactions at Macquarie Asset Management, overseeing €1 billion in investments, and as Head of CEE Transactions & Asset Management at GLL Real Estate Partners, where he managed a €1.5 billion portfolio. He has led over 60 major transactions, facilitating over €4 billion in asset acquisitions and disposals. A Chartered Surveyor, Philip holds a degree in Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.
