With over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and development, he specializes in commercial assets with a strong focus on hospitality and innovative living concepts, including hotels, serviced apartments, aparthotels, micro-apartments, student housing, and co-living. His expertise spans acquisitions, development, and repositioning, creating value through tailored operating models and differentiated brand strategies. He has successfully led projects across Germany, Spain, Austria, and Switzerland, supported by a strong pan-European network of investors, operators, and developers. Holding a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment & Finance, he combines strong financial expertise with a hands-on, execution-driven approach, aligning investor objectives with experience-led hospitality and living concepts.
