Biography

Pertti Vanhanen is the Managing Director, Europe at Cromwell Property Group, a role he commenced in 2021. With over 30 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry, he leads Cromwell's European platform, which manages a substantial portfolio of real estate assets across 11 countries. Prior to joining Cromwell, Mr. Vanhanen served as Global Co-head of Real Estate at Aberdeen Standard Investments. His distinguished career includes leadership in major corporate and real estate transactions, such as mergers and the successful launch of various funds, including pan-European residential funds and the first open-ended property fund in Finland. He is based in London.
