Pedro Leal
Biography
Pedro was a founding member of SILVIP in 1987 and has been involved ever since. He also worked as a lawyer at the reputable PMLJ firm for 28 years, where he was a partner and Head of Real Estate. He previously worked as an international staff member at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg and as a legal expert at the European Commission in Brussels.
