Pawel Sapek
Biography
Pawel Sapek is Senior Vice President, Regional Head Central Europe at Prologis, where he oversees the company's significant portfolio across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. With over 26 years of experience in real estate and project management, he is responsible for investment and operating activities, business strategy, new developments, and customer acquisition in the region. Prior to joining Prologis in 2015, where he initially served as Country Manager for Poland, Sapek held key roles including Business Development Director at Segro Poland. He holds a degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Economics in Katowice and a postgraduate diploma in Logistics Management from the Warsaw School of Economics. Sapek is also a Fellow of RICS (FRICS).
