Biography
Pavel Malyshev has 20 years of property development and asset management experience. In 2008 he has founded own development company PRECO GROUP in Prague, Czech Republic, that operates in Czechie and Germany as residential developer. He has doctorate degree in real estate project management.
He is a certified trusty according to the Czech law and is the member of the Czech Chamber of Trusties.
