Biography
Paul Whitley heads the Re-creo Group a property development company with both an in-house architectural studio and a construction arm. Paul Whitley brings 40 years’ experience of acquiring sites, gaining planning consents, undertaking design, managing developments, securing pre-sales and managing the sales process. His expertise is in the resolution of complex development issues so as to maximise the site value through planning gain. He resolves these by combining his deep understanding of the planning process with high quality design solutions. He works in joint venture with third party investors. Their funding commitments complement our role in the sourcing, acquisition and management of the development.
