Paul Vismans is the Owner of Paul Vismans BV, a company he founded in 2008, specializing in real estate advisory, development, and investment services in the Netherlands. With over 45 years of experience, Paul offers tailored services encompassing supervisory board positions, equity raising, corporate finance, and land (re)development. His extensive background includes leadership roles as CEO of the Dutch Property Council (ROZ), Winkel Beleggingen Nederland (WBN), and Kantorenfonds Nederland (KFN), as well as COO of Corio. He also holds supervisory positions, including Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Rochdale and was recently appointed as a quartermaster for the Spatial Development Company for business parks (ROM-B) in the Leiden region.
