Paul Sygrove

Paul Sygrove serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Swig Equities, LLC, spearheading the identification and evaluation of acquisition opportunities, structuring joint ventures, and managing debt and equity requirements. With over 25 years of extensive real estate experience, he has been instrumental in the acquisition of over $3 billion in properties and has raised more than $1 billion in equity capital for Swig Equities. His broad expertise encompasses asset management, financial structuring, and investment banking, reinforcing Swig Equities' position as a leader in commercial and residential property development and investment. Sygrove is an alumnus of New York University Real Estate Institute and Leeds University.
