Biography
Managing Director - Logistics Development/Investments and Global Head of Industrial
Asset Management at Affinius Capital
Managing Director – Mountpark Development
Responsibilities include logistics development, acquisitions, portfolio management, joint
venture relationships, and dispositions for European strategies. Additional responsibilities
encompass the execution of all asset-level strategies, including leasing, asset
management, and real estate operations for an industrial/logistics portfolio of
approximately 85 million square feet across North America and Europe, valued at over
$12.5 billion. Mountpark board of directors and management team and lead capital
markets for Mountpark, a wholly owned subsidiary of Affinius.

Currently based in Amsterdam, Paul joined Affinius Capital in 2014. Prior to joining Affinius,
Paul was with CBRE in Houston, where he was Vice President and focused on the acquisition and disposition of industrial investment properties on a regional and national level.
We invest across the risk spectrum and capital stack for a global client base, managing a diverse portfolio of real assets across North America and Europe.
