Managing Director - Logistics Development/Investments and Global Head of Industrial Asset Management at Affinius Capital Managing Director – Mountpark Development Responsibilities include logistics development, acquisitions, portfolio management, joint venture relationships, and dispositions for European strategies. Additional responsibilities encompass the execution of all asset-level strategies, including leasing, asset management, and real estate operations for an industrial/logistics portfolio of approximately 85 million square feet across Europe and North America, valued at over $12.5 billion. Mountpark board of directors and management team and lead capital markets for Mountpark, a wholly owned subsidiary of Affinius. Currently based in Amsterdam, Paul joined Affinius Capital in 2014.
