Biography
Paul Rosenberg is a distinguished hospitality development executive with over 15 years of international experience driving the expansion of luxury hotel brands across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. Currently, as Regional Vice President of Development for Accor’s Luxury portfolio, Paul leads strategic growth initiatives for iconic brands including Sofitel, Emblems Collection, MGallery Collection, Fairmont, Raffles, and Orient Express. He manages a dedicated team of development professionals and contributes to Accor’s European Luxury Development Steering Committee, guiding the company’s vision and competitive positioning in a dynamic market. Prior to joining Accor, Paul held senior leadership roles at Marriott International for over a decade, culminating as Vice President, International Hotel Development, EMEA. His expertise spans lead generation, complex contract negotiations, project management, and strategic brand development, including supporting the integration of Starwood brands.
