Biography

Paul Hanley is a Development Director at Graftongate, specializing in industrial development across the UK. He has been instrumental in the acquisition, development, and leasing of over 7 million sq ft of industrial real estate, valued in excess of £2 billion, across the UK and US. A qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), Paul joined Graftongate in September 2023 from Bridge Industrial, where he established their UK division and oversaw the delivery of significant industrial and logistics assets. His career also includes key development roles at Prologis, Hinton Group UK, and an early career as an investment surveyor at Gerald Eve, showcasing extensive expertise in property development and investment.
